Our customers know that Levy and Son will complete every air conditioning and plumbing repair job with diligence, respect and honesty. We strive to give our customers the best value on plumbing and air conditioning services.

Levy & Son Warranties

• Stoppages: Routine stoppages in single-family dwellings have a seven-day warranty. Non-routine (roots, commercial, multi-family) will receive no warranty. We always communicate on the ticket whether the stoppage work is covered by a warrantee.
• Toilet tanks: Repairs within the tank have a 30-day parts and labor warranty. Complete rebuilds of the tank have a 90-day part and labor warranty.
• Other plumbing and HVAC repair: All other repairs have a 90-day parts and labor warranty. Manufacturer’s warranties apply where applicable.
• New plumbing fixture and HVAC equipment installations: Levy offers a one-year labor warranty. Manufacturer’s warranties apply where applicable.
• Handling charges: A $25.00 fee applies when Levy must obtain small parts under warranty. An $80.00 fee applies when Levy must obtain equipment under warranty.

Levy & Son Discounts

The customer may use only one discount per repair call.

• 10% discount to GMA customers on time & material plumbing calls. GMA discounts are valid for plumbing TIME & MATERIAL calls and shall not apply to any quoted or flat rate price of any size (from sewer calls to sewer relays).
• 10% discount up to the price of a GMA on time & material plumbing calls. Plumbers performing TIME & MATERIAL service for non-GMA customers can offer a 10% discount UP TO (but not greater than) the price of a GMA. Savings from the discount apply only if used towards the purchase of an agreement.
• Senior citizens discount is $10.00 off any call. If no other discount applies and you are a senior, you will receive $10.00 off any service we perform.
  $10.00, $20.00 and $50.00 coupons shall not apply to any quoted or flat rate plumbing price or to any residential air conditioning diagnostic or tune-up call.
