Had a plumbing emergency today - at least it was an emergency for us. I serve as care giver for 83 yo mother and main pipe backed up. We do 3-4 loads of laundry daily with therapeutic items needed. Sean came and assessed situation. He was polite and very respectful of our situation. His team worker was equally understanding. I got to finish our laundry and they left gates locked, doors closed - things that matter to stressed out care givers. Thank you. Levy and Son!

The door has just closed behind the most amazing crew I have ever had work on any home I have owned. Since my family has used Levy and Son since the 1950s, that is quite a compliment. We have never had anything but wonderful service in two generations. Technicians are always helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. However, Jay’s astute diagnosis of a flow problem followed up with an astoundingly efficient plan laid out by Mark Cowden led to a solution to a long term A/C problem. That brings me to the team that over the last three days has executed Cowden’s plan. They were superior in every way. It was a complicated and often difficult job. It was done superbly with good humor and great competence. The house was left spotless and wonderfully “cool”. We send our thanks to each and every person who helped along the way!

I wanted to thank Levy and Son for fixing my A/C in a timely manner, during a period when a lot of folks were having the same problems. The temperature was in the upper 90s, and I was worried about my does, in addition to myself. Jerry was quite helpful addressing my emergency, and Jack was great working on the unit.
