Repairing your tub/shower valves is no problem whether it’s the older style with seats, washers and compression style stems or the newer washerless cartridge stems or even the thermostat -pressure balanced cartridge type.

Shower pan replacement done correctly will give many years of worry free service. Levy and Son removes and replaces the shower pan with 40 mil PVC pan material with prefab corners and a felt liner base. The drain fitting is removed and replaced. Cement is installed under entire felt liner and pan sloped ¼ inch from perimeter to drain fitting weep holes. Pan replacement can be performed on pier and beam or slab foundations. Shower stall seats are installed and water proofed with 40 mil PVC material.

Is water seeping out from the base of the shower wall? We can properly test the shower pan to determine if the pan & drain needs to be replaced or if there may be a leak in the wall that needs to be repaired.
