“Just wanted you to know what an impression Levy and Son (plumbing side) has made on Brenda and me! For quite some time we have used a competitor but, we’ve recently began to question their quality and competence.

About a week ago we discovered we had a leak somewhere in the master-bath area but were unable to pinpoint a location. We called our usual service and a plumber came to the house and did an inspection and pressure tested the MB tub/shower faucet and could detect no discharge of water under pressure. He did not seem to be prepared or eager to investigate any further and we didn’t press.

Since I was unable to ask your advice this past Friday, on Saturday I decided to use the internet to see if your company offered leak-finder service. The answer was, of course, yes and I was able to use the Contact Us feature to put the problem in a coherent electronic form rather than my usual audible stumbling! In what seemed no time at all I was contacted by Sue and she arranged to send a technician out that same Saturday afternoon.

Gary got here and went to work right away and in about an hour he had discovered the source of our leak! It was actually the copper drain pipe behind the wall of a MB vanity sink. He then set up a repair for this morning and Jonathan arrived right away at 8:30 AM and by 10:00 AM the problem drain pipe had been repaired!
